Chicken, Garlic, Green Beans OMG SO GOOD

I guess this is pretty basic but some people (me) don't know how to mix flavors all the time. Don't judge!

8oz chopped chicken
1.5 cup fresh green beans, fresh, tips snipped
3 chopped garlic cloves
½ sliced jalapeno

Juice of 1 lemon
dash of cayenne
1 T olive oil
1t salt
1t ground pepper

Chop up some raw chicken and the jalapeno, throw them in a bowl together with a bunch of coarsely chopped garlic. In a smaller bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix that up real nice with a fork or something. Whatever you feel good about, you mix it with that. Then toss that stuff in the chicken bowl and mix it all around, stab the chicken a bunch because I think it helps.

Prep your green beans. Cut those tips off because they are gross. Nobody wants stems.

Heat up a wok on high, and when it looks really hot throw the chicken mix in there. Stir it around, and be sure you have a window open because it will burn your nose hairs if there is no ventilation. Stir it around for about 4 minutes, then throw the green beans in and keep stirring it all until the chicken is cooked. Once the chicken is cooked, take it off the heat and put a lid on it for a min or two if you want softer beans.

Season with soy sauce if you want. It’s good!
